  • obama sucks!

  • "All economy experts know When private sector fails, the government must step in!"

No, only Keynesian economists think that way and there is way too many of them in this country.

If you research your economic history, there was something called "laissez-faire". That's what our gov't should be doing right now.

Our gov't allowed the free market to decide during the IT Bubble during 2000-2001, they should have been doing it now after the Housing Bubble.

  • Look taxpayers. Another Obama program that did the opposite of what was claimed. Sounds like Obama's stimulus and ObamaCare. If his lips are moving, he's bankrupting American and lying!

  • Banks are systemically don't want the house market to improve , they afraid that people say Obama saved the economy .. Hate

  • Obamas "healthcare" plan is epic fail. The finance part is to hard and difficult.

  • @Spadadiforza

Bullshit, I know several people who have fucked up their houses and nothing has happened to them. Besides, they cannot prove you have done anything unless they have it on camera or they catch you in the act. If I lose my house, I have friends on standby to have a fuck this house party..lol

  • I think Congress has allowed for this to happen. They are cosigners to our governmental policies. We have hypocrites leading this country....vote them out!

  • I would advise you not to screw it up. The banks can come after you for the damage you cause. Bankruptcy courts can also choose to hold you accountable for that. I do advise not to play their game. They won't talk to you until you're delinquent....why? Why not deal with people that are current on their accounts? Why? Because they are hoping people will remain quiet and compliant.

  • @Nille00

You got that right. I hope he doesn't plan on running for office after his term is up. I will not be voting for him next time. He fucked us worst than Bush!

  • @Spadadiforza

I totally agree with you. I am so upside down in my home it hurts. Obama came up with this hope for homeowners program and yet no one I know who has tried to get their loan modified has been successful. I am also ready to walk away, but I will be fucking this house up so it will be worth even less than what they have appraised it for. When I am finished, no one will want it. Fuck Obama, he failed us.
