hey dude...i installed a radeon 5830 and an sure it occupies the 3rd slot ! (the 2nd pci-e 16x slot). Dunno if its an issue related to the brand Sapphire. Any ideas. I cant even do 2-way sli. This is absurd.

@PinkasBrown44 #1 you mean 2 way cross fire and i noticed i had the same problem with my his 5770 in x-fire there are so close and when i move it to the x8 slot the cable doesn't reach i believe it may be a fault in the mobo but i don't know exactly Ive seen perfect sli setups with gtx-460's

@Kamenos4ever i have kingston ram i believe it is 1600 intel core i7 950 oc to 975 and an asus 5750 yes i know i want to upgrade to 2 gtx 460s in sli
