Mike seems to be an industrious and thorough investigator. As for his opening claims about the CIA/Guns Out/Drugs In comments, I met a man in Dayton, Ohio ~1991~ who said the exact same thing, and in fact claimed to have been a pilot hired for such operations, and flown them to SA frequently for several years. I can provide more exact details if of interest.
