Ballistic Separator Field Test on SS similar material

Karl W. Schmidt & Associates, Inc. introduces the BRT Ballistic Separator as a fantastic alternative to other material separation technologies. The Ballistic Seaprator splits materials not only by size as many other tools do, but also by the physical properties of the material. Flat or 2 dimensional material seemingly floats to the top of the screen and is taken off the top edge of the screen while 3 dimensional or rigid material bounces down and is removed at the bottom of the screen. Perforations in the screening deck creates airflow to lift the 2 dimensional product and allow fines to drop through the deck to be removed from containers and most importantly the fiber.
