hi alcimar,when i have used your audio inductions is it normal that i am not seeing things in my minds eye ..for example your audio named the garden talks about seeing the garden ..is something wrong if i dont experience it or is it talking directly to the unconcious?

allright then, let's see: in ericksonian hypnosis (specially "Garden") the range of individual response is quite vast... since it is a multiple level communication, where the metaphors reach you in more than one single way at a time. You may experience exactly what I suggest as in a dream, or you can just "black out" as your mind is programming itself with healthier routines, or even think of things related or not to my words, and it is still going to have a positive effect...

once he started talking about the secret to hypnosis... i think around 10:00 or so (i could tell, i felt like i was high) how he said to keep you eyes closed and look in the middle of you eyebrows... as soon as i did that this sudden wave of relaxation hit me. it was like there was a whole other person sitting in my brain watching me slowly fall asleep. and i couldnt do anything about it because it felt too good to move :) this is one of the most effective hypnosis video i have ever done.

this really works.. i was totally relaxed, even if i had wanted to i wudnt have been able to open my eyes.. this was the first time i tried hypnosis.. it was great !
