@karelin11 and the biggest problem was that because Indonesia has been through a lot of occupations (Portugal, Netherlands, Japan, etc.), they are worried if the Chinese will take over the country. So it's actually not that bad. Indo people are nice and friendly :)

@karelin11 like you've really been here -_- I am a Chinese-Indo Christian living in here, I respect all Indo people and they respect me too. I understand about the tragedy of what happened in 1998, but that was not because of racism or being unsafe. That was because the Indo thought that we chinese are dominating their country, we are richer or something like that. But that's a misunderstanding. It's the government's error not treating the indos. and thats only in jkt. I love indonesia!
