  • @gtlaw My advice to you is to fix your posture and to continue to do these exercises, but only as much as your back will allow. Your goal is to build lower back muscle, though it's important to take into account the condition your back is in. Work it till it's sore, but if you feel any pain or extreme discomfort, my advice is to stop for the day. You can over-work your back and possibly injure yourself. Just try it again the next day and continue. Stick to a daily regiment.

  • @gtlaw Your sore back is probably a culmination of the both, a weak back and bad posture. To start, bad posture will affect your back in many ways, none of them being good. I suffered from a lack of lower back muscles during high school while playing football, so i developed serious lower back pain. Without adequate muscle in your lower back, performing everyday tasks puts unnecessary strain on your spine.

  • This is a joke, what kind of fitness video is this? Swim trunks and T from the 1970's in your guest bedroom? i learned these exercises in phy ed from 7th grade.

  • i started doing these leg lifs, but my lower back starts to hurt after a couple, could this be cause im not strong enough there, cause i dont normally sit well throughout each day and my lower back is always a little sore
