Lester Chambers is a Singer, Harmonica and percussion player extraordinaire, pioneering the rock, soul and psychedelic music of the 60s that inspired so many people. Lester is Former lead singer and front man of the group The Chambers Brothers. With such hits as Time Has Come Today Lets Get Funky and People Get Ready. Awesome! This guy can hit a high note like nobody I've ever seen are heard before. Lester and his band Blew the roof off the place and I felt so privileged to be witnessing a master! GO SEE HIM!!!

I was a little redheaded boy growing up in oakland when i snuck into a church that had the chambers brothers playing "time has come today".i was blown away, and i really liked the drummer, who also happened to be the only other white person there,and with red hair!!!!
