Massachusetts Health and Human Services Secretary JudyAnn Bigby welcomes attendees of a forum on social enterprise sponsored by EOHHS, the Providers' Council, and the Massachusetts Chapter of the Social Enterprise Alliance. Sec. Bigby highlights her commitment and that of Governor Patrick to fostering social enterprises to increase revenue for programs and create more employment opportunities for individuals who face barriers to getting jobs.
