I have used A4V here in Canada. About a year ago, Canada Revenue Agency sent me a remittance voucher and requesting payment of $750. I returned it by registered mail and have not heard one word from them.

I follow you thus far Winston, however what about a situation like my own, where most debt is Student Loans, and Loans from the school?? After the sick programming, I have been working very hard to REALLY learn on my own. However I still have all this debt, also if I do a complete seperation from my straw person, will I still be able to obtain employemnt, is there a proper due course for situations like this? winston I find you. I am bonded up. I sent a clim of right to the ag. I didn't get it right on my a4v when I sent some bills to the min of finance in BC. Do you sign the front or back of the bill? the min of finance replied this is not an acceptable form of payment. I am a long ways into this. it seems I know nothing

I live Australia and I'm trying to do this at the moment, i have see that he wrote "Accepted For Value, Exempt From Levy etc.. I thought you had to write "Accepted For Value, Returned For Value then Exempt From Levy" ? does anyone know how to do it in Australia?

Being from canada i suggest you have a look at the name Robert: Arther menard, He is a canadian ledgend in my opinion and very much a freeman of the land, he explains this in canadian law which is almost identical to English ;)
