Well...I'm about to buy LED 40" with ambilight...but is it good for games? I can't see the lights colors changing in your tv...why?
I also think this feature might sucks while watching horror movies or playing horror games, right?

usually i have the ambilight off in the bedroom were i have my ambilight tv.
but sometimes i use them at night when my eyes need some extra light .
its perfect for eye protection because watching in the dark is bad for the eyes.
my pc however is not connected anymore the ambilight ,i bought a 50 '' pioneer plasma for the living room.
it has even better images then my Led tv :) and is bigger

Yes, go with led, it's way better than these old models, I would recommend samsung's 3dtv series 8, full 1080p 240hrz refresh rate & 2ms response time. U can't go wrong with that

i got the same tv when i play cod4 online i love putin ight vision on my whole wall turns green lol now i baught wipout hd the coulers are amazing if i died from and epelitec fit it wud b worth it loool
