Linux is my main OS. I've been using it exclusively for years, and I still have to say it's confusing. Sure, linux has come a long way but the fact that I have to use the terminal to do some things makes it already too hard for most windows users.

But the biggest reason it's confusing is BTDFTD, By the developer, for the developer. The easiest way to say it is "Why would I make an easy GUI, I already understand it!"

linux software is programmed.

windows software is designed.

Gawd, at least Microsoft is user-friendly. I actually know what the hell is going on. Windows is really easy for people new to computers. Mac is the most confusing thing I have ever seen in my whole life. Microsoft pawns all.
