@bagleyy Dammit you never saw an average brazilian girl O_O...Is really...Big -.-'...And the problem is that most of'em don't realize it and wear really short, like, really short skirts and they're belly out. But is usually on beach citys.

lol everyone thing about asia I've agreed with before I even knew it was like that there.
I always wear skirts, usually above the knee too.
But I can't stand wearing things with shoulders.. I'm japanese and my legs don't get cold in the winter I wear skirts all year long! lol

@DisneyStarsTube you have to think of it this way. they are probably a different culture then you are so how they dress and what they think is acceptable and what is not is going to be different then how you see or know it.

Yeah at my school in PA we have to have our shorts down to our finger tips and straps three fingers thick :P kinda annoying sometimes

in north america, at school we arent allowed to show cleavage or have anything 4 inches above the knee. and we cant show our shoulders or else they send us t the dean's office for different *ugly* clothes :P at least at my school.

to people who are confused: don't forget that the average korean has a vastly different body type from a north american...korean girls are generally skinny everywhere (including in the chest, hips, and butt). so make a mental image of a toothpick korean girl wearing a miniskirt and an average american blonde chick wearing a miniskirt....one of them is just more vulgar by nature
