  • this is good info. if my girlfreind and i ever split i would live in a tent and travel. live it up instead of just sat in your house thats skinting your pocket for every penny you have its ridicules. only problem is im in the uk and its freazin most of the time lol.

  • @83ticker

I'm of the same mindset as you and am setting things in place to enable me to travel and live free.

  • hey im young but 1 day i might go camping so is it 2 enough good knife 2box of match some tinder stove and a pot??

  • @AsianBoyz8909

If you are young and very inexperienced at wild camping then I would suggest you take some one with you who has experience or go on a course first. Its very easy to become hypothermic in cold weather.

  • Dear Sean, Please could you tell me want you use as bedding when you sleep out? I understand that you don't necessary use a sleeping bag. Perhaps you could direct me to another one of your excellent videos on this subject.

    Yours

    Paul

  • @Oksendal5 It will depend on the terrain where I am camping. Basically any materials that will keep you off the floor. So leaf litter, pine/spruce bows, grass, etc. I have used Rosebay Willow herb stems. You need to make a mattress about 12" thick.

  • No he's one of few people who know how to live outside their house. That's not crazy in a time like this i think. Maybe you don't see the benefits of this yet.

  • nothing better than waking up outside on a cold morning! Makes you feel alive!

  • be careful you don't get shot!

  • @rawannelise -- you can always put a layer on under the wool or try merino/smart wools which are less likely to cause allergic reactions.

  • About 2.05 in you a gunshot

  • What about folks like me who are allergic to wool? :-(
