  • i have a problem can some one help?

when ever i go to launch my games on my pc itll run fine but with out any lag before hand or glitches my game will just flash to a dark blue or dark green colour and the music will still be playing or audio for about 5 seconds then it makes a loud buzzing noise and i have to unplug my pc because i lose all control i dont know if this is an outdated or dying video or graphics card isssue a ramm problem or what? please can some one help me?

  • @ubergammer00 That means the sound driver crashed (due to the card overheating or failing - capacitors blown). The sound that is playing is funnily enough music stored in RAM that is still pumping through the speakers (can't how this works but either the sound chip can work independently of windows crashing or that the RAM is actually holding the decoded raw data that is passed through the speaker port for output).

  • @ig33ku interesting i found this video which actually shows my exact problem if you dont mind me sending it to you?

  • @ubergammer00 Sure shoot.

  • Ihave Nvidia 9500 G-force and i cant even play Minecraft for 10 mins...

ITS FUCKING OVERHEATING AND IM GONNA TROW MY PC IN THE SNOW!!!

    Help pls... :@

  • @zeznatdodaska Check if the thermal paste has dried up. If so get some and reapply (can't remember which video but a recent one I showed how I do it). While you are at it you can check if your fan is spanning (fast/slow or at all). If it is one of those small little fan consider getting a cheap 80mm fan to super glue on the heatsink (if it has enough surface area to grab 3 points of the fan's body) or put some double sided foam on the edge of the 80mm fan and rest on the back of the card.

  • you guys are idiots using tooth paste and peanut butter. the reason they use thermal paste is because its rated to withstand really high temperatures. using shit like that is a for sure way to completely burn up your video card. Not only that but you shouldnt be working on computer stuff if your doing shit like this.Means you know nothing at about computers. stop trying to nigger rig shit and go buy a 15 dollar tube of thermal paste

  • How about one of u guys buy me a 7970 then? ;)

see all

the dust affect the performance of your card and it makes the video card fan slows that will cause the over heating even you have tons of fan in your cpu the dust will still affect your cpu

  • @zeznatdodaska

    try cleaning you video card

my video is suddenly overheat and it became black out i try to open my cpu case and see lots of dust in my card i cleaned it and it works again

  • he likes touching the card

  • he likes touching the card

  • put your finger on the gpu and if you start feeling pain then its overheating

  • @zeznatdodaska have you ever cleaned her? if not then open her like the video clean her replace the thermal grease, when youre done install a program called evga precision uncheck the auto fan speed and set it to the max. if this program dosent work then try msi afterburner if its overheating again then your gpu has got the broblem.
