@hailalmightypower Dead > Kurt cobain

@mikhailgibbings Well at the start it started out as a kind of protest, going against the normal day life. You have to understand that Norway in those days was very Christian, and these guys were not so Satanism was the perfect ''f**k you'' to authority in Norway. Most were not Satanists but instead Paganists, usually Odin related paganism.
-
@MemoriesofIreland190 It feels an unnecessary part of a musical art form. As long as a musician makes music that people enjoy or at least they enjoy or can be proud of how does good and evil get involved. And especially why choose satanism?
-
@Zyborggian I think you will find i said ''one of the only'' meaning there are more but not many. Most were paganists.
-
@mikhailgibbings What do you mean?
-
@MemoriesofIreland190 why satanism?
-
@MemoriesofIreland190 so Ihsahn from Emperor and Jon from Dissection weren't?
-
@DovedKrahViing Euronymous was a satanist. One of the only true satanists of black metal.
-
This guy is stupid, satanic black metal? nooooo. None of them were satanists or worshipped satan, they burnt churches because they were destroying the old beliefs in norway. they may have used satan in lyrics but thats lyrics. not what they worship.
You should see "Once upon a time in Norway" and listen in the voice of his frends, who Euronymous really was...
