You have the popping, and you have the rhythm. Work less on moving around so much. When you hit the beat, make the rhythm of the music flow through your arms and legs. You're forcing too many things at once. Nothing practice can't cure. Hope I helped. :)
alright your pretty sweet when it comes to arm popping dude... seriously very good on that. I would suggest working on popping the rest of your body and work on your waves cause they are a little weak. Don't try to force it through your body as much... make it flow (you can slow down the wave to match it to the music if you need to go slower. Hope that helps!
