It probably would.The tapes also have very confidential information. I saw it, I was deeply affected.

It's because the tapes as a whole will endorse copycat killers. I've seen a portion of the tapes, as I was directly affected by the shooting.

"Those who saw it were deeply affected" I bet they weren't affected as much as 12 dead kids and their families, plus a teacher and his/her family. I'm sure what they said on the tapes is pretty fucked up and what not but it's not like it's gonna drive people into insanity and cause them to go shoot up a school, these people seem pretty ok after watching it, just sayin...
