Flush DNS Cache/Refresh IP - Get unbanned from any site!

Here's how to flush your DNS cache and change the end of your IP so you can get unbanned from any site. This will not work if your account is banned/closed, not your IP.

Windows XP:
Open the Start Menu, press Run, and type in "cmd". No, you do not put the quotation marks in. Then follow the instructions in the video once the DOS prompt opens.
