holy shit the wheel spins crazy, so easy a caveman can do it.

@tranjohn bearings, and nice ones at that. it must be as free spinning as possible to avoid turbo lag. which is unavoidable cuz turbos SUCK!

You should post some more videos of the car man! I would really like to see it out and about! could you let me know the part #s you used or the kit, and I am looking into the steering rack! What year rack can I use! Thanks again, Jason

@TheNego Yeah I am going to work on getting a couple more videos up.
On that rack, its any 02-07 WRX, or 04 STI. The STI rack will be a little quicker, but cost twice as much. The WRX rack is an AMAZING improvement in itself.

Yes we are crazy, Hi Dave! I was wondering what mods you have on the car and what rought you took with the FMIC can you post some more pics of the engine bay or something! I just bought an FXT and love it!

@TheNego Its a full TurboXS rotated kit (in other words, the FMIC is also a TurboXS) I had to make some little plates to widen the mounting brackets, but it was litterally a matter of making 2 6x6 plates, and drilling 5 holes in each.
Get a WRX or STI steering rack for your Forester. Seriously, DO IT.
