How do you draw on the canvas like that? Is that a plugin or does it just come with ZBrush?

@rkingslien thanx for the tut :) could you tell me what prog do u use to draw on screen?? i have seen it in so many tutorials but i cant find it :/ is it integrated with camtasia or something? cause that would be bad :(
