ACTA is the trade agreement that's allowing these countries to do censorship legally but unconstitutional

ELECTRONIC FRONTIER FOUNDATION have repeatedly asked congress to release DETAILS not SUMMARY of the agreement. U.S. citizens have the right to see the details bcoz of Freedom of Information Act
