@BL00D4NG31 You need to check your sources, automatic 2011 V6 Mustang looses considerable HP, but as you said, they do gain 2MPG as a result. The Manual 2011 V6 only gets 29 MPG.

how hard is it to install these in your driveway without jacking the car up? I have ramps but no jack system

@manawydan760 Funny that you say that because modern cars with automatic transmissions are in fact FASTER and they have better MPG. I understand why driving a stick would be much more fun though.
