Sorry Eli Roth, but I think this whole movie was a joke in the end! And it was all on us, the slobs who paid too much money to watch QT and his friends play out their fantasies. Especially Eli Roth, who from his past work, probably would enjoy beating anybody to death with a baseball bat-Nazi or not. Looking at that scene where Brad promises a whole bunch of Nazi killing(the first lie)to his men, I noticed something else that bugged me: you can't tell any of the Basterds apart except for Pitt.
