How to fly a glider in FSX

PLEASE READ:
This is a tutorial to get started with flying soar planes in FSX. Its not that I tell all things I know, but that what i think is important for beginners. In that way I told nothing (for example) about the water ballast and so on.

Because I recorded live while flying and so it was a bit lagging, i did some mistakes. At first after releasing off the towplane I sudden pulled up. DO NOT do this. I didn´t actually stall, but it is a bit dangerous)

It also shows Aerosofts VFR Germany West. A great Add-on, at least for me and all others living in this area.
If YOU have any photosceneries i recommend you to use anisotrophic filtering, otherwise the far textures will be green-brownish soup.

At last, I'm not a real pilot. I'd like to become a glider Pilot but right now I haven´t got the time.
If there are real glider Pilots, please also give me advises. I´d like to soar as realistic as I get with my FSX.

@053435033 it is "Ober-Mörlen" EDFP, but with default scenery it could be a very boring airstrip. THis is with VFR Germany West from Aerosoft.

@MrMegacedric its long ago that i made this. Now i know that you can turn the acoustic variometer off, if not needed, by clicking the VARIO knob at the panel :)

Gonna install this on my brothers PC now, i've been flying pro. flight Simulators in about 2 years now :)
