  • @KathyHagle Thanks for your note. I lived in far eastern Oregon in the late 70s, and spent some quality time at the Malheur NWR where I got to see and appreciate this well-adapted grass- and wetlands raptor. ;-)

  • love the way these hawks hug the landscape, I see these guys off and on around here in Oregon
