Charges have been dismissed. "There was no evidence of the slightest contact or the slightest touching," Los Angeles Superior Court judge Elizabeth Grimes said during a court hearing.

Apparently the paparazzo involved 'tripped on his own feet'.

Says Lance Corporate: "I wasn't aware the bottom feeders have feet."
