@kyral210 You are right. In the letter he says that the flavourings are made by Still Spirits. Still Spirits are a New Zealand company that specialise in making home distilling products such as spirit essences that one adds to a neutral spirit produced using turbo yeast, water, dextrose, yeast nutrient, liquid carbon and of course a still.
