My HTC HERO does not have the option "Software updates". It does have, "Status", "Legal Information" and so forth, but not "Software updates". In this case what's the alternative option?

The update made my phone even better, loving my new Hero. I just have one problem: I can't use speech-to-text, the keyboard doesn't come with the microphone icon to activate the function...what am I doing wrong? Is it because I'm using my android with Portuguese language (do we need to use a supported language?)?!

@deonplayground : you need to download "search by voice" in portuguese , something like that "busca da voz".in french is "recherche vocale"...and after you can search by voice on you browser and for the navigation !!that all!! not on your keyboard !! you need a hack to use it on your htc keyboard...voila !!
( oh and ... i dont know if portuguese language is supported )
