Potato Patty Cakes

This is my recipe for fried mashed potato patties. This is another easy meal to make. The taste is very good and has an overall rich flavor and many different textures. This goes great with just about any condiment. Enjoy!

my mum hv similar recipe wit d meat mixture inside d mashed potatoes.

(1) mixed mashed potatoes with salt, pepper & butter while potatoes are still hot. (2) scoop reasonable bite size bit & flatten it on palm of hand. (3) place a spoon of meat mixture in d centre & close up d edges. (4) roll it to make a ball, make sure that the edges are well closed or else they will split open during frying. (5) roll it on a plate of flour, dip into the eggs and then cover it with bread crumbs and fry.
