Simple how to video on how to split a clip or movie to be able to put a transition in any part of the video. I am using Cyberlink PowerDirector to do this, but it is probably similar in other programs.

  • @exBMRguy It does split the video, I just put an effect in between the two split files.

  • Hey when i do it it make the video black so i can't see anything??

  • @colt082295 this is the most aggravating program. i used this option where i can choose the length and pinpoint the time at what the visual effect should play and i forgot how to open this option again. this is the most unorganized and confusing program i have ever used im ragin idk how to find this option and im losing time

  • @MaxFlared I think you could use the option I used in this video. Although if it is a really long video, like a movie, then that would probably take a while. Are you looking for something that automatically splits it, for instance, every 2 minutes?
