Nat and Rosie meet up at her locker.
Nat: hey Rosie.
Rosalina: (kisses him) what’s up?
Nat; nothing much. What you up to?
Rosalina: just planning your birthday party.
Nat: Rosie!
Rosalina: what?
Nat: I don’t need a party!
Rosalina: I don’t care! I’m throwing you one anyways!
Nat: fine. (smiles) Todays Friday
Rosalina: (confused) I know.
Nat: Well, before you left, we normally went out on Fridays.
Rosalina: oh, yeah. Sorry, I can’t. Allie’s having a party with just us girls and I promised her I would come.
Nat: oh.
The bell rung
Rosalina: bye Nat! sorry! (she kissed him and ran to her next class)
Nat; bye.
He walked to Davis’ class
AT LUNCH:
Nat: hey, you know all our girlfriends are throwing a party without us.
David: what?
Nat: yeah. Just the girls. We’re not invited.
Thomas: Sari and I had a date!
Qaasim: oh, it’s Allie’s party isn’t it?
Nat; yeah. How’d ya know?
Qaasim: I live there. Duh!
Nat: oh yeah
Qaasim: I’m getting kicked out so can I stay with you guys?
David: we could just throw our own party.
Nat; sure. At my house
Thomas: why?
Nat: David’s house is too small, Thomas’ house smells bad-
David: shocker.
Nat: (smiles) and Qaasim’s house is…
Qaasim: (grins) abandoned. It still has heating and water though.
Thomas: I’m in.
David: same. What about you?
He looked at Nat. Nat hesitated before answering
Nat: that would be kind of fun. No parents or anything.
Qaasim winced
Nat; sorry! You know I didn’t mean it like that!
Qaasim: yeah I know
Nat: I’m in.
Thomas: great! It’s settled then.
Qaasim: say 7?
Everyone: sure
The Girls’ party:
Everyone is already there and they are watching Pirates of the Caribbean. They aren’t really paying attention just talking mostly
Rosalina: Nat is way hotter than Orlando Bloom!
Allie: no he’s not! Orlando Bloom is drop-dead gorgeous.
Rosalina: (under her breathe) I wish you would drop dead
Allie: WHAT?!?!?
Rosalina: (high voice) nothing!
Allie: oh it’s on!
She grabs a pillow and she hits Rosie in the face with it.
Rosalina: oh no she didn’t.
Hits Allie with the pillow
Kelsi: (giggles) I have my money on Rosie
Allie hits Kelsi with a pillow
Kelsi: b****!
Allie: gasp! I resent that!
Sari: (giggles) she has a point
Allie: you just brought yourself into this
She whacks Sari on the but with a pillow
Sari: (whines) you gave me a wedgie!
Jazlyn grabs a pillow and throws it at Rosie
Rosalina: ow!
She goes over to Jazlyn, drops her pillow and…
