You all are right, but I do think it would be perfect soundtrack, it work with the movie well I think... And don't forget it just demo, it would never be This must be, near this but not, though it would sounds good I suppose...

Don Juan would have been a better choice IMO, it already has the Bond vibe...

@RHINOWINOLUNATIC That suck I'd love to listen to them on a movie they'v earned it.

@TheInflicted Agreed!

@RHINOWINOLUNATIC Pity. I would like to see what they would have been able to do with Barry. I have the Living Daylight soundtrack, and while I'm not bowled over by the theme itself, on the whole it's one of Barry's better scores.

After rumours that they were in the running to perform the next Bond theme, Neil and Chris made a demo with a Bond-style guitar motif. But after Duran Duran's success with A View to a Kill, another pretty boy pop group, A-ha, were chosen to collaborate with John Barry on it instead . the boys went back to their Bond demo, turning it into This Must Be the Place I Waited Years to Leave on their 1990 album, Behaviour.

@PSBelectronica Yep. It's a demo for that song. I found this years and years ago labeled as a James Bond song, but I can't find any info. Is this really a demo the cut intending to get a song in a 007 movie? Kind of like Ace of Base who retooled their proposed Goldeneye theme into "The Juvenile"?
This is toooooo beautiful.
