Maybe TMobile WAS good but in the last 6 months they have become a total fail in customer service. Phone service is good but the people working there have all become foreign phone banks and you can't understand them. T-Mobile was the ONLY carier that LOST customers last year.

i used to be a t-mobile patron, but my family recently switched to Verizon 'cuz we got this coupon. Not happy with Verizon. You're bound to only use their CDMA phones. A friend gave me a Sprint phone because they also use CDMA. Verizon didn't allow me to use it because their CDMA cards arent the same.
I don't like being bound to their phones, and for my plan I was only able to choose 6 phones. I took the only one with the QWERTY keyboard. Once I move out, I am so swtiching to T-Mobile!!

I currently have tmobile. The coverage in the Seattle/Tacoma area is excellent. I have had no problems with tmobile so far. But of course I have been with them only since december, but they have been good for me

Wow, you HAVE been with them a long time! And if it ain't broke...! lol
They treat customer like us VERY well. All I have to say is, "Can you see how long I have been with you guys?" And I usually get almost anything I want - within reason! lol
