The director of 'Farmers' Race' was so keen on the script he made his own longer version. This is the 90 second edit. Please note there are a few gritty bits, and the portrayal of minor hazards.

Dare's new TV campaign for Hovis, 'Farmer's Race', was directed by Dougal Wilson and sees hundreds of farmers racing across the countryside to cross the finish line in a battle of honest, spirited, endeavour. Overcoming a number of obstacles on their way, the race enforces the message that Hovis works with farmers across the country to grow the best quality British wheat, that's used within Hovis 100% British Wheat loaves. The ad was shot near Macclesfield, Cheshire (home to the first Hovis mill) and stars some genuine Hovis farmers who grow premium British red wheat exclusively for the brand.
