Slower than this video? Dang. This video was slowed DOWN! LOL. Is it running in reverse?
The lift is bumpy because the spring is hitting on the track at the bottom of the lift (where it comes through to the motor). Make sure the motor and spring are perfectly aligned. This should fix it.

I dont know why but mine is slower than this one, and the lift of mine is really bumpy. Will lubrication fix my probem??
