Yeah, it's basically directed @ minorities only.. it's unrealistic, unsafe, and unfair.. the only option I see is doing one of those minority schools online if you're NOT a minority to do it safely.. and then apply to this program ?

No, it's for all to apply, don't read to much in into the video haha, talk to a recruiter and they will let know more about it.

I've been getting a lot of mail lately... I've gotten five letters saying that they want me in the Army/National Guard and three letters saying that they want me in their colleges.

I find that weird because i'm just a normal 17-year-old guy in a small town. I don't understand why they would want me.
