  • i think Andreas Helgstrand performed the better test

  • I don't =) haha Anky had a much more consistant and relaxed test and also it was flawless where Andreas had that one mistake, don't get me wrong, his ride was amazing, but I think Anky deserved this win

  • This is just so perfectly gorgeous. I mean how perfect is this ride!?!?

  • oh its very perfect =D

  • such an awesome test :)

  • i agree, i love anky and salinero.. they really are unbeatable at freestyle.. i have this whole trial memorized haha

  • Matine was the best for me.

  • OMG they made it look soo easy (which I know it isnt lol). It just seemed like the horse was automatically doing it all & the rider was just sitting enjoying it, they both must have an amazing bond together to make it look this easy. Brilliant!

  • what's the name of the music where a woman is singen nah nah nah nah nah ? = )

The whole ride is amazing, really.

  • why do people still think just because the ears aren't back the horse is not in pain??? the thing is that the horses can't breathe in the rollkur position, which let's high blood preasure accure , which makes little vains popp!!! what a great way to train your horse isn`t it??? if you love your horse- you will never never do rollkur!!!! please think about it!

  • rollkur forever, anky, anky

  • @Passion4Equus i agree that matine was wonderful but i disagree with you calling salinero tense. no tense horse can put in a performance like this. it was incredible. completely intune to the music and he looked fabulous doing it. just like matine's performance.

  • definitely! RIP Matine!

  • I think that overall this horse is actually quite tense with not much reach in the forleg movement of extended paces and there is obvious tension through the back.. quite a typical performance of a rollkur trained horse.,.. looks dramatic at first glance but when you really watch whats happening the truth shows through. Matine was the true deserving winner with astounding freedom of movement that a rollkur trained horse could not achieve.

  • For those who say this 'was not an honest win' or Anky is 'cruel to her horse' that horses ears were forward throughout that entire performance. As A strong dressage enthusiast i feel that this performance was perfect. i do not find it an unfair win, she stuck to the guidelines of the competition, didn't she? well there then. I've made my point, as for Andreas, Brilliant mare, and good bond between the two! but i also think anky has this with Salinero. Well done for both of them!

  • This is a really nice freestyle performance, but since Anky is so dedicated to hyperflexiontraining I can't really give her this. It's not an honest way of training your horse. I thought Andreas should have won, he rode a 9 year old mare that hasn't been hyperflexed and that has less physichal benefits for dressage than Salinero who's got far better gates and physique than Andreas mare. To me, Andreas and Matiné won this one.
