LOL throw away the Elastic pants!!! I so agree!! Wow look at those muscles when you are punching!! You clothes are way too big!! Look at you kick!!! How do you stay motivated at home alone!!! You are doing so good!!! I am sitting!!! :( being lazy!!!

So true about the elastic band waistband pants! A great tip. Great video Virginia. Being active is so important and it makes such a difference. Is that EA Active thing a Wii program? My sisters got it for me and I haven't even tried it yet. You like it?
