Pressure at Work "Who Hold on"?
This is a difficult question to answer, since every human being responds differently to this question.
Many will say that the pressure is part of the day-to-day organizations and the world moves to more and more professional terms used to stress and physical and emotional exhaustion.
But how is that good?
Here's an example, another day goes out of the car and stopped behind a vehicle beacon when it appeared the green light, the car in front did not leave, fractions of seconds and I was honking and stressed. That's right a split second and my mood changed.
That is what is happening out there today, people are increasingly stressed and pressured at work, taking the pressure it personally.
If you are a leader you need to achieve goals every day, can you imagine will reflect the pressure that their superiors are clear that in exercising its employees.
Let's not delude ourselves, thinking that the world that we are globalized, we can work without goals to meet, or even no responsibility for the results of the organization.
But it is clear that the leader can and should make the day-to-day your team is full of pleasure, to stimulate the challenges of new targets of course, motivating them to perform their tasks as efficiently every time.
It's how we started this article, every human being responds differently to pressure, too much is extremely harmful to health, even to obtain long-term results, since we are talking about human beings and that each one has a limit. Overcoming this limit can be very dangerous and sequelae in the company and the employee.
The company needs to create a climate of harmony and motivation to achieve the goals is a result of the work is a pleasure, each employee will challenge your limits, making their work not by obligation, but for personal satisfaction.
We know how difficult achieving that excellence in management, but the leader must pursue ceaselessly create such a climate, so that his results and his team improve every day and at the end of all to celebrate the results.

Quando um faz o que gosta nao se "stressa"jamais ......o unico "stress"que pode adevir e o facto de que nao ha tempo para se fazer tudo o que se quer dentro da sua actividade .
