Sensor Cleaning: How to Clean your DSLR Sensor

A guide to sensor cleaning and a quick overview of some different methods available.
I personally use Visible Dust swabs with either Eclipse fluid or Smear away.

Dont be scared, take it slow and sensible and you too can clean your own sensor for a fraction of the cost a shop charges.

@Marauder1981 yeah they are expensive. Buying the bigger packs works out a bit better value. Still cheaper than sending it off or taking it in to be cleaned though.

There is another vid where the guy uses pec pads wrapped around a home made plastic stick from wendys. He uses eclipse fluid. I didnt like the feel of the visibledust swabs. Good vid.

@Marauder1981 : Agree. These swabs won't even cost 10 cents to manufacture and are being sold at exhorbitant prices. Seems like the printer ink scam.

These Swabs are good but but waaaaay overpriced 23€ for 4 Swabs and 1ml liquid here in Germany.
