I know this dumb ass contractor, go into the Village of Stratford Wisconsin on the web. His ugly sloppy ass picture is with the Stratford board members on the Village web site, the pervert has his hands in his pocket. His name is Bud Suckow, he belongs in prison. I guess that is why he's running the town of Stratford. How many more people will that prick Suckow fuck over or ruin? Stratford you are fucked up?

shame on the contractor, but an even bigger shame on the building inspector for passing this garbage and allowing construction to continue.

This is what happens when there is too much demand for building services.
You get shit contractors.

Today's Homes are built for for tomorrow's "landfills" - a nice word for dumps. These type houses are constructed the same as fast food - with materials used in the construction of trailers.
- Tin, Chipboard, Plastic, & Foam,
put 'em together & what have you got,
somethin' that you can call - Home?
Far more protections govern the construction of a child's toy, the ingredients in Fruit Loops, & the construction of a vehicle - The Toyota recall.
- A Home Builder recall... Never.

@detroitsports77 I say put them both behind bars.

An excellent builder does a good enough job and a good builder does an excellent job, confusing?I explain,If an excellant builder was to spend hours doing an excellant job he is not making money,so he does a good enough job and moves on to next stage,a good builder will spend hours and hours on one bit and not make money,or will hold up another builder.

you mean" throw " sorry i had to correct you, but you have a valid point

This is exactly why the state of wisconsin should make all trades apply for a license and pass a national trade exam. Far too many Jacks of all and masters of none.

It was a total loss, the contractor got off on a loop hole with the Wisconsin Law.
In Wisconsin not following building codes is not a criminal offense, the contractor was never held accountable.
We needed a Mike Holmes from Canada to fix this mess.

I have a couple of questions. One, was this a remodel or new house? Two, was the siding installed soon after the housewrap or did the house sit for a while?

1. This was a 1,500 Sq. Foot addition built on to the original house.
2. The siding was installed right after the housewrap.

How can this help anyone of us if you don't post the name of the contractor or the company like I did.

I refer everyone to the video,
Toxic Mold: My contractor ultimately killed me. The video brings up the facts and court house documented records with the contractor's name. Anyone can say things on YouTube, but this information is on record open to the public. Also his name is mentioned in the comments by others. Alot of local people know he is dishonest.
