On January 25, 2008, the Red Lake Band of Chippewa Indians held a Note Burning Ceremony at the Special Tribal Council Meeting, at Red Lake Tribal Headquarters. The ceremony marked the tribes full payment of the $27 Million loan borrowed seven years ago for Gaming Property rennovations--which ended up totallying $40 million in the end.
@kimmiekann000 I second that agreement! I wonder why this has not happened? Maybe due to more impending circumstances that need to be taken care of such as schools, building up the res, etc..? But it's a wonderful idea! N.A.T. Native American Television

You know...instead of Gambling and Casinos...several tribes should get together and start a Movie studio...or maybe all the Tribal casinos should put money together to start a movie studio....and also get a tv station started...can have tribal news...tribal shows staring native american actors...have native american infomercials...etc etc. The movie studio could make native american movies.
