When looking for high-quality audio headsets, "Bluetooth" is probably not on your short list of audiophile technologies. Though many of us have used Bluetooth for cell phones and small data transfers, it isn't typically associated with hi-fi audio and wireless freedom for your media devices... till now...
This week on 'gadget' we take a look at the JB-200 Bluetooth wireless headphones from JayBird. These diminutive earpieces not only connect your wirelessly to you your iPod, iPhone and MP3 media devices, but also to any Bluetooth 2.0 enabled device.

If you're not entirely happy with the JB-200's fit, isolation, or stay-in-earness, try Acoustibuds! They solved all three of those problems for me; for $15, they really take the headsets from good to great.
Great review, very informative. I think I'll wait for the price to come down on these, I can't justify paying over a hundred dollars for headphones, wireless or not.
nevermind....i bought the jb-200 anyway...and the quality is nice.....!....so far so good. Didn't like that it doesnt come with an acual power cord tho...but lucky for me my old s9 powercord(or any mini-usb for that nature will fit in the dock) I need another dock tho to charge in my vehicle. 15 bucks on their website
is the charger for the jb200 a mini usb port? Also is the quality of sound (in your opinion) better than the quality of the motorola s9 hd, or is it fairly similar? I'm trying to decide whether to buy the Jb200, or the motorola s9 hd.
I currently have the Motorola S9 (non HD) and 1 of the speakers stopped working, so I'm looking to upgrade....get back to me please.....thx in advance
I have but one question; I am using my newly purchased phone (HTC Touch Pro2) which has Bluetooth 2.1 with Enhanced Data Rate and A2DP for wireless stereo headsets.... This thing will work, but do I need to plug in that bulky adapter into my mini-usb or does it pair by finding it on the bluetooth network? Thank you in advance,
We've actually got a review of the MetaGeek WiSpy DBX coming up soon. It's a great little USB device that turns your computer into a spectrum analyzer on the 2.5 and 5Ghz bands. -- It's amazing how much RF garbage there is inside of a typical home or office.
BT isn't protected from interference, it just has a method of dealing with it: by hopping frequencies within the 2.4Ghz band.
If you have enough 2.4Ghz devices in an area, or a single device that outputs massive amounts of RF energy across the entire 2.4Ghz spectrum (like an older microwave) BT will not be able to hop to any clear channels and your throughput will suffer. . Peace, Fr. Robert

It will connect via Bluetooth. The adapter is only for non Bluetooth equipped devices.
