I've never been a performer. So the challenge for me has been not learning the moves and tricks, but remembering to dance and enjoy myself while performing them. It's funny when I watch this and see myself forgetting and then suddenly hearing the music and remembering that I'm dancing and having fun too...

I only found your video b/c I started an Azam Ali seed on Pandora... this lead me to hearing Conjure One's Center of the Sun... so I played your video b/c I wanted to listen to the song.
I did not know that hooping could be done so well or with such grace... i meant to have the video on as background noise but i was mesmerized. good job. also I can tell it is less of a performance and more of a thing you do by the way you get lost in the dance and having fun. hope you never stop hooping :)

This video started me on hooping (I'm a 51 year old man). I love the grace, the flow, all the stuff everyone else loves. Can someone tell me what's the name of this song, by Masive Attack? And, uh, thanks COehlo, you're changing my life.
