Just look at the type of teachers in schools that's been working for too long, who believes that they know better than any student in any category. No matter how good their answer is.
Or who gets irritated when they get handed a good argument.
I mean, from the moment they start acting that way, they'll stop learning.
Just to be aware of what's unknown to you, makes learning a lot easier.
