My reaction as well. No longer are we able to see our friends, & no longer will we be able to see 24 vids at a glance; no, instead we have to wait for ~cluttered "feeds" to fully load & we'll be constantly clicking "more" just to read ANY info about anyone on profiles where they should NOT be hidden for length, etc. BLAH. Just when we thought they couldn't fail any harder than they already have- at least Twitter's change is somewhat USEFUL & still personable! But this? YT designers = worst ever!

You are GLAD that EVERYONE can't have "friends" on here anymore? That is the most *ridiculous* thing I have ever heard in ~defense of such negative changes! I mean, come on.. maybe you never had any "non-spam experiences" with "friends" on here, but that doesn't make it ~acceptable to screw everyone else out of enjoying the actually VERY useful socializing features; where is your logic?? Regardless, it hasn't exactly gone anywhere- "friends" are just now called "contacts" & subscribers.

Dont worry, we will make our own sites ... if you write your phone number on one dollar bill, that bill will go around many hands and all of them will see your number... same way you can post a youtube with a website address in the video that leads to your personal page and let the video go around. And if people will not visit your site, thats because your video simply does not interest people.
