this is the first time I attempted to do my running back flip with a full twist on the gym floor..ahh scary!

  • wow a whole 40 seconds. It' wasn't a waste; i certainly wouldn't want her to take 8 seconds and be UNready and hurt herself. I am still training fulls and they can be hard to do if you aren't confident in yourself.

  • I'm 15 & have had my full for 3 and a 1/2 years.. I still get nervous before throwing it on a gym floor. She stalled for 40 seconds and it was her first time.. PROPS!!

  • you dont have to keep nagging her that she did it on a wooden floor. she did it on a wooden floo, AND LANDED IT!!!! you arent going to go back into time and change anything. its her life and let her do what she wants with it! thumbs up if you think this is true<3

  • your stupid, 1. Your not suposed to twist on a wood floor in the first place, and 2. it looked like shit, my full twist probobly looks better and i cant even land it yet. give up.
