ELO - Mr Blue Sky Instrumental

The Electric Light Orchestra's Mr Blue Sky is from the Out Of The Blue album. I produced this instrumental from a midi I downloaded from the net in Steinberg's Nuendo using VST instruments. There was no indication of who did the midi sequence. There is indication of the use of Noteworthy Composer.It was probably utilized for a note for note transcription of the song. As you can see by the track listing there was no choir or real string section used in the original midi. Due to General Midi's limitations it doesn't sound so great. However, after some changes to the instruments and use of VST instruments you can really hear the difference! I used the original promo video and dubbed the instrumental over that and did my best to sync them together. I hope you enjoy it.

No one is claiming that this version of Mr Blue Sky is being performed by ELO. It is quite clear at the beginning of the video and description what this is an instrumental created from a midi file. While you may not appreciate the video others seem to enjoy it. Has far has trying to mislead people into watching I don't have to!
