saw this last night, i don't care what critics say, this is a great movie, all DeNiro had to do was make a face and i'd burst out laughing, Penn was good too, he was so cute, awesome actors, they can make any movie work :)

A great movie with great acting and a wonderful story line.
Sometimes critics are strange to.

csungerrie, All he is saying is: don't let other people tell you what to believe in. "The divine truth is not in a building, a book or a story. The heart is the temple where in all truth resides" that is really all he is saying in his simple way. Watch the movie, it is both funny and touching.

Not eloquent but from the heart. Penn plays an escaped convict who hides out in a monastery with his fellow escapee Robert De Niro. This is a great movie, you should watch it.
